Rosy Gonzalez Speers is an experienced political operative and fundraiser, Rosy has helped elect Democrats in Massachusetts, Alabama, Texas, Illinois, and Florida. A relentless organizer and campaigner, Rosy also works with corporate and non-profit clients on community and public relations. 

Prior to joining the Win Company, Rosy operated her own firm where she successfully built and managed a diverse book of business of political advising, non-profit campaign strategy, and community relations for corporate clients.

Rosy brings her lived and professional experience to every endeavor.  After years of organizing and fundraising on campaigns, Rosy’s first senior role in politics was as the Finance and Political Director for Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, where she helped manage TogetherPAC, his political committee, and implemented the Governor’s surrogacy and fundraising efforts on behalf of candidates nationwide. Governor Deval Patrick is the second, and as of 2021, the last, African American to be elected Governor in the history of the United States. It was in this role that Rosy saw first-hand the difference that inclusive, responsible, and empathic leadership can have on those most in need and it motivates her work until this day.

Rosy is a first-generation American from the Dominican Republic. She graduated from Simmons College in Boston and attended the Arabic Language Institute in Cairo, Egypt. Born in Bronx, NY, Rosy lives between Boston and Miami with her husband Chris, boys Mateo and Lucas, and her dog Enzo.
